What do you do to fall asleep?

Insomnia can be a curse.  I rarely have a problem falling asleep, but Liz does.  Here's her method for falling asleep: start at 300 and count backward by 3's.  I tried it the other night, when I couldn't sleep after the Heat beat Boston and eliminated them from the playoffs (Had to get that in, sorry Celts).  It worked for me.
